the bodybar method

Pilates + weights + cardio + nutrition + barre = RESULTS!

The bodybar Method was created by trainer Pippi Vaughan, owner of bodybar. The concept of The bodybar Method is to get an effective overall workout that combines several disciplines of fitness. All factors of The bodybar Method offer unique benefits to our bodies. After completing the 55 minute class you will have achieved a full body cardio and strength based workout.

full body fitness circuit 

All ages are welcome in this class. This is a great class for both men and women to strengthen and tone the entire body. This class incorporates the pilates reformer and pilates mat exercises & resistance training using bands, weights, and the fitness circle. We also incorporate plyometrics in our class to improve stamina, increase metabolism, and improve athletic games such as tennis, golf or biking.

TRX Full Body Circuit

TRX, core balls,core boards,weights, plyometrics, cardiovascular drills, and much more!  Push your limits to create a lean and chiseled physique.


hatha yoga

One can practice connecting posture, breathing, and movement in the balanced yoga workout.

raise the barre

This class uses the ballet barre and pilates equipment, light weights and a core ball and is taught sequencing intervals between strength moves done on the ballet barre. You will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body in this high energy class.

bodybar bootcamp

The best class in the OC!  This class utilizes the pilates reformer, bikes, light weights, and other props.  This 55 minute class will take you through various exercises on the reformer and super charge your fat burning potential by doing intervals on the bike as well as incorporating core exercises on the mat.

cardio reformer pilates

Get your heart pounding while you engage in this high energy pilates workout! No need to jump on the treadmill after this class you will officially have your cardio done for the day. You will sweat and melt stress away with us. This class is performed on the pilates reformer using the jump board and various props. Feel like a kid again in this dynamic as we jump and move to motivating music.

yogalates pilates body sculpt
Get the best of both worlds. This dynamic class takes you on and off the reformer. Your instructor will alternate between Pilates reformer movements and yoga poses on the floor using various props to keep you motivated and your body engaged.

pilates & Stretch
This class focuses on elongating, stretching, and calming the body, mind & soul.

pilates + cycle

All your fitness needs packed into one great class.  You will strengthen, align,and enhance your flexibiltiy on the reformer, as well as get your heart rate up on the bike and burn a ton of calories all in under one hour.

yoga + ez cycle

This class combines cardio,strengthening, and stretching using bikes and conducting yoga poses on a mat.  The last 10 minutes of class incorporates a series of soothing stretches so you leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

TRX suspension training for golfers & tennis players
Take your game to another level this year!  Hours and hours on the court or course is not all it takes to improve your game.  Sometimes it’s off the court or course that counts.  In this class we will improve stamina, increase trunk flexibility, and core strength using the TRX.  Come see why Phil Michelson is using this technique to step up his game!

core barre
This class incorporates the ballet barre , playground ball, and exercises that focus on strengthening , toning, and creating chiseled abs. You will walk out feeling more toned!

runners club
Whether your goal is to run a full marathon, or finish one mile, this group is for you. We will start at the studio and take runs on the beach, El Morro Canyon, and various routes around town. We will finish back up at the studio for stretching and warm down. Childcare is available during the run times. 


cardio pilates
These intervals are guaranteed to get you burning calories. A 55 minute high intensity workout that begins with jump-specific muscle warm ups and then alternates intervals of jumpboard training on the reformer.  We use light weights to tone without bulking up.  We conclude class with core strengthening exercises that will help you tighten and tone your mid section.
