how often should I attend classes?
Joseph Pilates is quoted saying the following:

“In ten sessions you’ll feel the difference, in twenty you’ll see the difference, an in thirty you’ll have a whole new body.”

With that said, figure out what your individuals goals are. To see improvements in our bodies it happens over time and not in an hour. With a little dedication on your part and a lot on our part, our team will help you every step of the way. The body needs at least 2-3 workouts a week to feel and see visible changes. Of course, every body is different.


what should I wear to class?
Participants should wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move in all directions.  Wear comfortable shoes that are easy to take off at the door. We ask that all participants conducting sessions on the Pilates Reformers to wear socks for sanitary reasons.


what is provided for me during my session?

bodybar

 provides water, towels, and lots of  motivation! 


what do I need to bring to class?
Participants should bring a good attitude and willingness to learn new exercises.


is childcare an additional cost?

bodybar studio provides babysitting for $4 per child per class.

 Check schedule for days and times offered.


what is the cost of my first class or session?
FREE!  Your first session is on us.


what happens if I cannot make my session?
Participants must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
